Service/Repairs
An initial check will be performed on all equipment received into the laboratory prior to calibration, including cleaning, adjustments and minor repairs.
In the event that major damage to the equipment is evident the customer will be notified prior to calibration. If requested AMC can make arrangements to return the equipment to the supplier for repair, or quote to replace the equipment with new equipment and calibrate with a NATA Accredited Inspection Report.
